🌊🏖 Judy Harris at Coastal Communications handled the Community and Stakeholder Liaison on Norfolk’s major sandscaping project. The sand was extracted from licensed offshore dredging areas off Great Yarmouth and brought to the beaches by the Dutch maritime company Team Van Oord’s trailing suction hopper dredger vessel, HAM 318
